Where the SRX-9 doubles the SRX-6’s storage, the SRX-12 doubles its solar harvest. That’s the distinction that matters for multi-shift operations, large demand deployments, and sites running sustained high-draw loads around the clock. More panels mean more energy in the bank at the end of every sunny day — and more days between any backup generator runtime.
The SRX-12 is built for operations that don’t negotiate with the weather. Twelve LG Neon panels, a 40.96 kWh LiFePO4 battery, and an Outback Power Radian inverter combine to deliver the kind of daily solar harvest — up to 30 kWh on a peak day, averaging 24 kWh under normal sunny conditions.
The outlet configuration on the SRX-12 is: 2 × 20A, 1 × 30A, and 2 × 50A receptacles, plus main lug in and out bussing for direct panel integration. At 120/240VAC, it supports the kind of equipment mix — large compressors, HVAC systems, high-wattage lighting arrays, communications infrastructure — that a single 50A outlet can’t handle alone.
The platform is the same proven open-chassis design that runs through the entire SRX Series — bolt-together frame, heavy-duty fenders, 36″ outriggers with swing-down jacks, multiple ground-anchor tie-down points. At 3,800 lbs, a three-quarter-ton or one-ton truck is the right tow vehicle. It’s still de-trailerizable in under 15 minutes when the site calls for a ground-level installation.
The self-heated LiFePO4 battery bank operates from -40°C to +60°C and is rated for 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge — certified to UN 38.3. Starlink Mini remote monitoring and GPS tracking come standard. Remote access means your team knows the state of the unit without driving to the site. When extended run time is needed beyond what solar can deliver, the optional Honda EU7000iS with 30-gallon auxiliary tank and auto-start handles the gap cleanly.
The SRX-12 is the unit for operators who have outgrown the SRX-9 and need more harvest without stepping up to the full footprint of the SRX-15.
